I believe healing happens at the root, where the mind, body, and spirit meet, and that Reiki offers a powerful bridge back to peace, trust, and vitality. Every session is an invitation to reconnect with your light, restore balance to your energy body, and remember who you truly are.
At Mystic Waters, you are welcomed into a safe, compassionate environment where deep healing is not only possible but honored.

Reiki and how it works
Peace, happiness, and healing are all achievable states of being. How does one achieve these states when it seems like everything and everyone around us are at odds with these things, and it feels like the world itself is crumbling down? You have to go within! I know, it sounds a bit “woo-woo,” but it is so true. To get out of anything unwanted (anxiety, depression, bad situations, physical or mental pain, and ailments), going within allows you to hear and feel God, a higher being, and even yourself, your true self in its purest form.
When you are in your higher self, you get an opportunity to quiet your mind and feel genuine peace, happiness, and relaxation, it is total bliss. This state promotes natural healing. As a Reiki Master, Empowerment Pusher, and Spiritual and Strategic Guidance Assistant, I am a firm believer in a holistic approach to healing. Reiki, the healing touch, is positive universal life force energy, also known as Chi, Prana, or Ki. Reiki helps improve one's health (mentally and physically), thus improving one’s quality of life.
The human body comprises the mind, body, and spirit. When these three are in alignment and working order, a free flow of energy is achieved, promoting healing wherever it is needed. I am here as a facilitator for the energy; I act as a conduit through which higher vibrational energy flows and is transferred to you using our seven main energy pathways, known as Energy Centers or Chakras. These Chakras are spinning wheels of energy located along the spine. They correspond to major nerve centers in our bodies, connecting to particular emotions and physical organs and glands.
Our bodies have an inherent and innate wisdom, and when our Chakras become disrupted or blocked due to stress, toxins, trauma, fears, and other unfavorable influences, the body sends signals that often result in or lead to illness, disease, and imbalances. Through my practice and the power of intention, I work to release any blocked energy and promote the flow of energy and well-being on a mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual level for all my clients. I will hold a safe space to help you with stress, anxiety, and other ailments while restoring more peace and harmony into your life.
Reiki Master Elizabeth
My Reiki journey began a little over four years ago, during a time of profound grief after the sudden illness and passing of my oldest child, Karl, who was 35.
After nine days on life support, I had to say goodbye to him and help his younger siblings face a loss that felt impossible to understand. Even more heartbreaking was finding the words to explain his passing to his five-year-old daughter, whom he was raising as a single father.
In the months that followed, I felt broken open in every way. Not knowing anything about Reiki, I began noticing the word appear around me, on signs, in conversation, even in quiet moments that felt divinely timed. It was as if the universe was gently guiding me toward it, a call I could not ignore.
What I did not realize then was that Reiki would become the lifeline that helped me rise from grief into purpose. It met me where words could not and showed me that healing can begin even in the darkest moments.
Three years before Karl’s passing, I had the honor of being at my mother’s bedside as she took her final breaths. That experience opened me spiritually and led me toward meditation and self-reflection. When Karl passed, turning to Reiki felt like the most natural step forward.
They say you do not find Reiki; Reiki finds you, and that was exactly my experience.
From my very first session, I felt a lightness I had not known in years. Subtle waves of peace began replacing the heaviness in my chest. My body softened, my mind quieted, and for the first time, I could hear the whisper of my own spirit again. Reiki became both my teacher and my bridge back to life.
I knew I had to learn more, not only to help myself but to bring this healing to my family, friends, and future clients. Since then, I have completed all levels of Reiki training twice, including my Master Teacher Level, and continue to study and evolve as both a practitioner and teacher.
In Early fall 2025, I traveled to Japan to immerse myself more deeply in the roots of Reiki and received my Grand Master training. That journey was a sacred milestone that deepened my connection to the lineage, the symbols, and the spiritual devotion behind this practice.
I am passionate about connecting with others who walk a similar path, those who crave deeper meaning, compassion, and energetic peace. That passion comes from experience. I know what it feels like to be shattered by loss and unsure if the pieces will ever fit again.
Reiki taught me that true healing does not erase pain; it transforms it into compassion, wisdom, and deep connection.
When I work with clients today, especially those moving through grief, anxiety, illness or major life changes, I recognize that space, the ache of not knowing how to begin again. My purpose is to offer the same sacred presence that once held me, so others can rediscover their strength and connection to life.
As your Reiki practitioner, my role is to walk beside you through your healing journey until you feel empowered, balanced, and at peace. While there is nothing wrong with returning for a session every now and again for a boost of energy or relaxation, my ultimate goal is to help you become self-sufficient in your own healing journey.
✨Reiki with Crystals – A Holistic Healing Experience✨
In each Reiki session, I intuitively choose 3 to 6 crystals or tektites based on what you need in that moment. With a collection of nearly 100 unique pieces, there is always a combination that feels just right to support your energy.
Before your session, every crystal is energetically cleansed and Reiki enhanced so it is clear, aligned, and ready to work with you.
During the session, you may hold the crystals in your hands or have them placed over your heart, while others are positioned beneath the Reiki table to support grounding. They work gently alongside the Reiki energy, helping to bring balance, clarity, and support where it is needed most.
Crystal healing is simply part of the experience. It adds another layer of intention and care for your mind, body, and spirit, guided by intuition and the energy present that day.
